Ciara Is Pregnant with Baby No. 5 — Russell Wilson Finally Gets His 'Cinco'

It's been two months since Ciara laughed off the idea of a fifth baby with Russell Wilson, telling him to slow down just moments after their fourth was born. Now, right around their tenth wedding anniversary, she's announcing exactly that — baby number five is on the way.

Ciara and Russell Wilson are expecting their fifth baby, according to a joint Instagram post they shared on September 6 to announce the news.

"One more person to Love," the couple captioned the post featuring a carousel of clips and images revealing Ciara’s baby bump. She was standing outdoors beside a clothesline hung with white shirts of different sizes bearing the names of their four kids, Future, 12, Sienna, 9, Win, 6 and Amora, 2. A fifth onesie at the end remained blank, waiting to be named.

The announcement comes after Ciara told Us Weekly in July that Wilson had already wanted a fifth baby after she gave birth to their fourth child.

"He was like shortly after, 'So, cinco?'" she recalled, laughing as she described her response at the time: "Wait a minute now, like slow it down, sir. We just had a baby here."

Ciara may have laughed about the timing, but she didn’t shut down the idea. "I love being a mom. It's my favorite job of all," she said. "I couldn't stand here and tell you that I don't see that happening one day in our lives to have cinco, because why not, right?"

Ciara and Wilson celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary on July 6. Reflecting on their marriage, the singer said one thing that’s been a game changer is how aligned they’ve been since day one.

“We’re super aligned, from how we dream together, how we envision life to be,” she said. That same alignment is part of why growing their family again feels like an easy yes.
